PCB Assembly

• Through hole Printed Circuit Board assembly
• Hand soldering
• Single sided, double sided through plated, and multi-layer PCB's

Wiring & Cable Loom Assembly

• Single wires to several hundred wire cable assemblies
• A wide variety of solder, crimp, & insulation displacement connectors

• Earth bonding straps; flat/round, bare/insulated, up to 16mm² cable

Electro-mechanical Assembly

• Light assembly using standard screw fixings, proprietary, and factored parts
• Pneumatic pipe work, fittings and pumps

Volume

• Small to medium volumes depending on complexity:
  • Medical traction machines are hand built from factored parts in batches of 5 per week
  • Earth bonding straps are produced in batch sizes from 500 to 2000 per week utilising an automated process

Complexity

• Simple 3 wire cable forms to 200 wire cable harnesses
• PCB's containing from 5 to 500 components

• We have test equipment to cater for a wide range of electronics testing including special purpose jigs, fixtures and generator/measurement equipment
